If an item doesn’t meet your particular requests, please e-mail us at info@tiltgifts.com within 2 working days after receiving it. Products can be returned within 14 days after the order has been received. We will issue a refund to your original form of payment as soon as the item is returned to us unworn and in its original condition.
The returning shipping costs burden the customer and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within approximately 2 business days after we receive your return.
